I had a fantastic time roaming the beautiful Beth Chatto Gardens just under 4 km away and exploring the rich history at St Botolph's Priory about 3.5 km from the venue, which made my city walks so enjoyable and fulfilling. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more delightful with their warm hospitality.

During my stay, I encountered an exceptional dining experience. The food was tasty, with a variety of choices for everyone. There were nice touches in the service that made everything feel personal. Even the cocktails were enjoyable, making it challenging to choose a favorite. I appreciated the staff who took the time to talk and ask about my day. As a marine biologist, I value unique experiences, and this certainly felt memorable.

For dads, it would be great if there were clearer signs leading to reception from the accessibility entrance.
